If you want to integrate MAPresso into your website send me an e-mail. Because the documentation is not on an adequate level yet, I think that it is the easiest procedure to send me the boundary file(s) you would like to use. This could be e.g. an ArcInfo shapefile of your areal units - and eventually a tab-delimited text file with some test data. I'd prepare a simple example which could be the basis for your application.
